About the Role

Platform Automation Developer to design, develop, and implement production-ready enhancements and automation solutions using Python within a Ruby on Rails platform 
6 month contract to start, % remote - preference given to Calgary candidates. 
Must have: 
Strong hands-on experience with Python for automation and scripting
Experience with Ruby on Rails (extending or integrating within an existing codebase)
API integration and RESTful services development experience
Git proficiency and clean commit practices in shared repositories
Baseline understanding of networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, routing, firewalls)
Nice to have:
Experiencetransitioning automation from contractors to internal teams
Familiarity with infrastructure or platform automation (network, monitoring, identity, CI/CD)
