3 to 5 years of experience in plastic molding processes or Plastic Injection Engineering. Development, monitoring, and implementation of improvements in KPIs. Knowledge of ISO 13485 / ISO 9001. Application and use of manufacturing tools such as KAIZEN, DMAIC, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SMED. Experience and knowledge in creating BOMs. Experience with CAD software: AutoCAD and Solidworks. Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
