Plastic Injection Manager

Job Description :

• Follow up, adjust and implement the production plan – Keep dead-lines and inform up-front any delays.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure adequate materials and headcount, tools, jigs, procedure, technique to run the planned production
• Strictly control of material – consumption is according to BOM
KPI – OEE Reporting
• Prepares and submits operating reports related to cost, budgets, headcounts, capacities, qualities reports, stocks, materials…etc. too management as frequently.
• Plan operating budget and headcount and follow up the approved budgets
Quality
• Follow up the quality standards – in close corporation with QA inline Team – implement daily improvements, related corrective/preventive action to ensure good quality condition
• Follow up the reworks plan and make a problem solving with related department to ensure product quality
