We are in need of an experienced Plasterer to join our team in Lahore.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and patching holes or cracks
• Mix plaster according to specific ratios and apply to surfaces using various techniques
• Smooth out plaster using trowels, levels, or other tools
• Apply multiple coats of plaster to achieve desired thickness
• Create decorative textures or designs in plaster as needed
• Repair damaged or cracked plaster surfaces
• Follow safety protocols while working on scaffolding or ladders
• Communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the finished product

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Plasterer with at least 3 years of relevant work experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or apprenticeship preferred
