About the Role
**Job Purpose and Impact**
The Process Operator II will operate, perform maintenance and troubleshoot a series of machines and equipment with interaction of several process variables to produce product with broad knowledge of policies and procedures and regular guidance. In this role, you will maximize throughput and produce quality product while following all food safety and regulatory polices.
**Key Accountabilities**
+ Operate process plant as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) i.e. plant start up, shutdown, emergency shutdown, change over products and normal operation **.**
+ Learn operating procedures, receives input from peers and may provide feedback on clarity and effectiveness of guidance, including procedure documentation to pursue continuous improvement of facility operation.
+ Use hand and power tools to perform preventative and autonomous maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues, escalating complex machine issues.
