Plant Operator Lead

About This Opportunity

We are seeking two highly skilled and experienced Plant Lead Operators to oversee the daily operations of the Sinclair Gas Plant. This is a high‑impact, hands‑on role that begins with a focused operational readiness phase out of the Grande Prairie office, transitioning to site‑based leadership in Q2 2027. Reporting to the Plant Foreman, the ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, design reviews, commissioning, start‑up, and operation of the facility. You will be responsible for the direct, technical oversight of the facility, ensuring all systems are commissioned and operated safely, efficiently, and in full regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will work on a 7‑7 schedule and reside in the Grande Prairie, AB area, within 100 km of the Sinclair Gas Plant.
