About the Role

Job Description

Role Purpose: 

Overall accountability of Manufacturing and Management of site operations with a view to maintaining product quality, delivery of optimum customer service, cost reductions and overall safety for site employees through leadership, training and development of the factory team.
Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities:
Robust implementation of the Coats Health and Safety management system through education, training and leadership of the factory team. 

In consultation with the Engineering / Admin / HR Manager ensure local regularity compliance to the local legislation for environmental and operational practices. 

In consultation with the MFG Director ensure relevant operational targets are set and supported by a dynamic action plan that underpins the key result areas. 

Delivery of the company agreed manufacturing targets for productivity, quality and lead time...
