Plant Manager

Job Scope / Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily PCB factory operations to meet targets for quality, cost, delivery, and safety
• Plan and manage production schedules to ensure timely customer deliveries
• Optimize use of manpower, machinery, materials, and utilities
• Monitor key production metrics like yield, cycle time, scrap rate, and productivity
• Ensure compliance with PCB quality standards and drive continuous improvement to reduce defects
• Collaborate with QC/QA teams for corrective actions and maintain audit readiness
• Manage PCB manufacturing processes and support new product/process introductions
• Improve process efficiency and reduce costs with engineering collaboration
• Control manufacturing costs by minimizing waste and inventory loss
