About the Role
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of plant facilities, refrigeration, and air-conditioning systems (HVAC).
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration equipment.
- Ensure equipment and utilities operate safely and efficiently.
- Conduct routine inspections and monitor plant performance.
- Support installation, calibration, and testing of new equipment.
- Comply with safety, GMP, and company standards during maintenance activities.
- Graduate of a vocational course or technical training (Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning, Electrical, Mechanical).
- With TESDA NC II certificate in DOMRAC (Domestic Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning) , RAC, or related field.
- Preferably with experience in plant maintenance, refrigeration, or cold storage facilities (but open to fresh graduates with NC II).
