Job Title: Plant Layout Design Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Plant Layout Design Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in optimizing plant layouts and production lines within a leading automotive manufacturing facility. Utilizing your advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and understanding of civil, structural, architectural, and electrical CAD detailing, you will contribute to the efficiency and safety of our production environment.
Responsibilities
Utilize Autodesk AutoCAD 2024 software in both model and paper space modes to produce construction installation and station rearrangement layouts.
Create section and elevation drawings that depict the layout of new equipment.
Translate field sketches, record drawings, as-built drawings, photographs, and verbal and written information into 2-D AutoCAD drawings.
