Plant Finance Manager - Manufacturing
Location: South/Western Suburbs
We're looking for a commercially savvy Plant Finance Manager to lead financial control and partner with Operations to drive profitability, efficiency, and productivity across the manufacturing site.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll sit at the heart of operations, linking finance with operations.
What You'll Own
- Lead month-end close and ensure integrity of SAP financials (cost & inventory)
- Deliver accurate reporting, forecasts, and budgets aligned to plant KPIs
- Drive standard costing accuracy and cost visibility
- Partner with Operations to eliminate waste and lift plant performance
- Identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities
