Plant & Equipment Manager – Construction Business (Philippines)

Reports to: Construction Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and oversee plant production plan to meet on-site assembly program requirements.
• Approve manufacturing procedures, including mould design, reinforcement placement, curing systems, and internal post-tensioning methods.
• Ensure all prefabricated elements comply with technical specifications, geometric tolerances, and concrete strength requirements.
• Manage and coordinate the entire plant team – superintendents, quality engineers, technical staff, and operators.
• Oversee procurement, maintenance, and operational availability of all plant equipment and heavy machinery (gantry cranes, handling equipment, curing systems).
• Design and optimize main storage area operations – inflow, storage, inventory control, and outflow of critical materials.
