Plant Engineering Director

Role Overview

• The Plant Engineering Head will lead Plant Maintenance, Utilities, and Engineering Projects, ensuring high asset reliability, OEE improvement, safety, compliance, and cost optimization. The role is responsible for delivering engineering KPIs, executing capex projects, and upgrading plant infrastructure in line with GMP, Quality Systems, and EHS standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead Plant Engineering covering Maintenance, Utilities & Projects.
• Drive OEE improvement, asset reliability, and plant performance.
• Plan and execute capex projects (brownfield, new lines/products, automation, civil & energy-saving projects) from concept to capitalization.
• Prepare and manage engineering budgets (electricity, steam, M&R) with Y-O-Y savings.
