Plant Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor plant financial performance through budget and forecast analysis, identifying deviations and coordinating corrective actions to support business objectives.
• Supervise monthly closing activities to ensure accurate accounting records and reliable financial reporting in accordance with corporate guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with financial and operational policies through internal controls and periodic reviews, safeguarding inventories and fixed assets.
• Oversee CAPEX planning and execution, ensuring financial control and efficient resource utilization.
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing processes, supporting effective collections and proper revenue recognition.

Required Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Proven experience in Controlling, Finance, or Plant Finance roles.
