Plant Controller

Purpose

The Controller contributes to the overall success of the organization by effectively managing all financial tasks for the organization.

• Act as a business partner to the Finance Director and Senior Leadership team to ensure real-time financial governance and controls, and to support financial and operational decision-making that drives sustainable profitability.
• Monitor and control manufacturing costs, including raw materials, labor, and overhead. Implement cost-reduction strategies while maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure timely, incisive financial reporting and analysis using agreed KPIs to enable understanding of performance and decision support that improves financial and operational results.
