Plant Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Lead accounting processes and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze Financial Statements (Balance Sheet and Income Statement).
• Oversee monthly and annual closings, reconciliations, and accounting records.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Lead tax management (federal, state, and local taxes) and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Analyze financial variances and present strategic reports at local and corporate levels.
• Develop and lead the team in charge.

Required Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Previous experience as a Controller or in a similar role within an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge on NIF and tax regulations.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, AX, or similar).
