Plant Controller

Job Title : Controller Location: Monterrey, Mexico Position Overview: Establishes, implements, directs, and controls the accounting activities including data planning and development. Must take on a strong leadership role within the management of the plant and operations. In addition, monitor and advise management on the financial performance and operations of the plant. Able to lead a group of people in a department and work closely with manufacturing to analyze costs and make improvements to minimize costs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Establishes, or recommends to management, major corporate economic strategies, objectives, and policies for the operations and business entity. Establish and implement a cost accounting system including standard costs and cost roll process. Establish SOX control environment.
