Job Description

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Plant Administrator provides administrative support to our manufacturing facility in Grimsby. In this role, you’ll play an important part in keeping day‑to‑day operations running smoothly by providing administrative support to plant leadership, assisting with workforce processes for hourly employees, and helping coordinate activities between the manufacturing plant and office. This is a full time, permanent, in office position.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Plant Manager, supervisors, and plant leadership.
  • Support scheduling, reporting, and operational planning activities to keep the plant running smoothly.
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and manage plant access, including badges and visitor logs.
