Planning Supervisor

Job Summary:

Responsible for making a short-term schedule based on master schedule and prepares weekly/monthly progress reports for clients and Managers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervises Planning Engineers in fulfillment of the following tasks:

• Coordinates with the Support Department in collecting data on daily basis.
• Provides short term milestone to department heads on job site & Sub-contractor.
• Monitors day-to-day activity and work Completion.
• Compiles data and prepares a weekly / monthly report.
• Performs other job-related duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering; licensed
• At least 3 years' experience in High Rise Projects, with experience in handling people.
• Knows how to use Prima Vera (P6) or MS Project
