**About the Role**
We are seeking a dedicated construction professional to support project progress reconciliation, billing accuracy, and change management across active demolition projects.
This role bridges field reporting, drawings, and contractual scope to ensure accurate billing, timely identification of remaining work, and early recognition of scope changes.
This is not a traditional estimator or project manager role.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Review demolition drawings, revisions, addenda, and scope documents
- Perform high-level progress takeoffs (directional accuracy ~80% is acceptable)
- Reconcile superintendent-reported activity with drawings and contractual scope
- Track new or revised drawings and identify changes impacting scope or sequencing
