About the Role

Job Description
Working with planning, data and operations teams on managing the creation, deployment and adherence of schedules for our workforce;
Supporting day-to-day forecasting and planning operations;
Finding opportunities for continuous improvement in both our planning operations and Last Mile efficiency;
Conducting quantitative analysis on planning and performance topics to inform business decisions;
Supporting initiatives to ensure our worked shifts are as financially efficient as possible while fully compliant with Dutch laws and regulations;
Ad hoc data analysis projects.
Qualifications
You are in the last phase of your Master’s degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, or other relevant business management/quantitative field;
You are a self-starter, and an independent and structured worker who is prepared to take on a challenge and can drive change efficiently;
