Parsons are seeking a highly experienced Planning Manager to lead and manage all planning, scheduling, and time management activities.

This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining realistic, integrated, and risk-informed schedules that support effective decision-making, proactive risk management, and predictable delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and implement the program-wide planning and scheduling strategy.
  • Establish planning standards, methodologies, and governance processes across all projects and contractors.
  • Define schedule approval processes, baseline management, and change control protocols.
  • Develop, maintain, and control the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • Ensure alignment of design, procurement, construction, systems integration, testing & commissioning and handover activities.
