Key Responsibilities:
- Project planning, scheduling, and monitoring
- Coordination with execution, QS, procurement & design teams
- Resource forecasting and delay risk management
- Preparing MIS reports, dashboards, and project trackers
- Ensuring on-time project delivery with effective planning
Qualifications & Experience:
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 18 to 25 years of relevant experience in real estate project planning
- Strong in MS Project / Primavera, Excel & planning tools
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
