About the Role
- Fill in for the Material Planning Supervisor and Master Scheduler as needed.
- Work with sales on coordinating customer orders for production to achieve on-time shipment and a high level of customer service.
- Update forecasts on an as needed basis based on demand input and design changes.
- Lead efforts to improve throughput with a focus on loading, lead-time and optimizing plant capacity
- Review capacity by work-center and rebalance load to optimize customer service
- Work to align original acknowledge and promise dates with customer request dates
- Set up, execution and maintenance of ordering parameters and MRP data.
