Managing the planning function, ensuring projects and tenders are effectively scheduled and monitored.  
Developing integrated master schedules across design, procurement, construction and commissioning.  
Conducting schedule risk analysis, critical path reviews and schedule health checks.  
Validating contractor programmes and sequencing, ensuring robust logic and realistic delivery plans.  
Producing KPI dashboards, lookahead reports and progress indicators to support informed decision‑making.
