About the Role
- Assist in the preparation and submission of Bidding Financial Requirements.
- Input materials per project needed in the company's procurement system.
- Accurately measuring and calculating the quantities of materials, labor, and equipment required for a construction project.
- Developing detailed budget estimates based on the calculated quantities.
- Preparing and analyzing claims for additional work or variations to the contract.
Qualifications/ Skills:
- Must possess a degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Must possess a license in relevant field
- Proficiency in construction estimating tools.
- Attention to detail
- Analytical skills, and ability to resolve quantity-related issues and disputes.
