Planning Assistant

• Assist in preparing and updating daily production schedules based on instructions from Planner.
• Update production data, work orders, and job status in ERP/system accurately and timely.
• Monitor material availability and inform Planner if any shortage is detected.
• Coordinate with Warehouse to confirm raw material and packaging readiness.
• Support in tracking work-in-progress (WIP) and report status to Planner.
• Maintain accurate records of production output, material usage, and stock movement.
• Assist in preparing daily and weekly planning reports.
• Follow up with Production team on job completion status.
• Escalate any discrepancies, delays, or data errors to Planner immediately.
• Participate in coordination meetings when required.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by Planner or Supply Chain Manager.
