4-6 years in related field (maintenance or construction) or function with specific experience in Planning and Scheduling. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deliverables. Ability to work with multiple levels of the organization structure. Strong verbal and written communications skills. Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Experience managing mentoring junior staff. Experience/training in planning and scheduling activities. Strong knowledge of and expertise with computer technology. Strong decision-making skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities. Ability to work well under pressure.
