The Planner & Scheduler - Fixed Plant Shutdown Execution is responsible for developing fully resourced, execution-ready shutdown work packs in accordance with the Work Management Process. This includes confirming labour, materials, tooling, equipment, contractor requirements and access constraints to ensure safe and efficient shutdown delivery.

Working in close partnership with Maintenance Supervisors, Execution Teams, Reliability Engineers and Shutdown Leads, the role ensures all planned works are structured, sequenced and scheduled to minimise downtime and optimise plant availability.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring shutdown scope is clearly defined, risk-assessed and execution-ready - supporting the safe, reliable and cost-effective operation of the fixed plant.
