Create a production plan according to the demand, capacity and material availability.
Confirm the new sales orders based on customer request date or line capacity.
Communicate any changes to all the departments involved.
Coordinate with the purchasing department to expedite material shortages.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Check that the sales that are committed for today are already covered, if not, they will review the reason and if there is a need to reschedule the sale, they need to communicate to CSR.
- Identify new sales orders and generate the production plan to cover them, checking the material availability and working with purchasing to expedite components if needed, when they have firm dates of shortage materials and considering the capacity, they commit delivery date of the orders.
