About the Role
SECTION I: MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate upstream in the New Equipment Introduction process to influence its development (design, quality, ease of maintenance, accessibility, adherence to BRP standard parts, documentation).
- Analyze and propose necessary spare parts for the equipment (quantity, minimum/maximum stock levels, delays, etc.). Discuss with OEMs, address wear issues, and identify equivalent parts.
- Develop and review different types of equipment maintenance (preventive, predictive, route, planned corrective).
- Review maintenance management program to improve and enhance plant and facility operations. Maintain the work order system and report any recurring problems. Review recurring issues with supervisors for resolution or mitigation. Adjust preventive maintenance programs accordingly.
