What You Will Do

•Maintain Accurate Lead Times: Ensure lead times are aligned with product segmentation to support customer requirements and uphold Molex’s delivery commitments. Complete lead time review and update in system as per defined schedule (e.g., monthly or quarterly)
•Inventory Strategy Optimization: Collaborate with Network Supply Planners and Inventory Planners to identify and implement opportunities for inventory strategy adjustments that improve efficiency and responsiveness.
•Sales Engagement for Market Insights: Proactively work with Sales teams to obtain the latest quote lead times and market trends, driving initiatives to shorten Molex’s published lead times and enhance customer satisfaction.
•Material Lead Time Governance: Oversee buy-material lead times to ensure timely procurement and production readiness.
