Planer Supervisor

Overview

As an integral part of the Mackenzie Team, the Planer Production Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of hourly employees to ensure efficient operations, meet production goals, and maintain high standards in quality and recovery. You’ll coordinate workflows, optimize processes, and manage shift performance while staying within approved budgets. The Planer Production Supervisor is responsible for the safety, organization, training and leadership of all employees while ensuring compliance with all Occupational Health and Safety regulations and company policies. The Planer Supervisor reviews service requests to ensure efficient and cost-effective solutions.
