Placement Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Team Leadership & Management

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Corporate Relations Executives to consistently hit placement targets.

• Set individual and team KPIs, conduct regular reviews, and address performance gaps proactively.

• Identify and remove roadblocks that prevent your team from closing placements.

• Conduct weekly team meetings to keep everyone aligned on targets, pipelines, and priorities.

2. Corporate Outreach & Company Partnerships

• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, and hiring decision-makers across Biotech, Pharma, Medtech, and Life Sciences startups.

• Onboard new companies to post jobs and hire exclusively through Biotecnika's platform.

• Create and maintain an active pipeline of hiring partners at various stages of engagement.

• Lead outreach initiatives through LinkedIn, cold outreach, industry events...
