About the Role
Job Summary
We are looking for a PIM Implementation Specialist to lead the setup, customization, and integration of a Product Information Management (PIM) platform. This role serves as the technical subject matter expert, ensuring the system effectively supports merchandising, eCommerce, and marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure PIM features, data models, workflows, hierarchies, and user roles
- Manage product data migration and ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Develop and maintain API integrations, scripts, and data pipelines
- Build and optimize automated workflows for product data enrichment and publishing
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing technical support
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements for efficiency and usability
- Document configurations and support internal user training
