Job Description
- 負責EPI Module日常營運與績效管理，確保製程、整合、設備、生產，各部門達標
- 規劃並執行磊晶及前段製程之短中長期配置與發展
- 透過數據分析找出瓶頸，推動製程與流程優化以提升整體效能
- 建立並監控KPI機制，即時處理異常並驅動改善行動
