Picking Assistant

Reporting to: Picking Manager

Targets of the position:

• Represents and assists the Picking Manager to ensure an efficient and safe operations.
• Represents and assists the Picking Manager to ensure that orders from the stores are being prepared correctly and on time.

Specific powers and responsibilities:

• Ensures that all pickings for the stores are done on time, complete, correct and ready to dispatch safely.
• Ensures that available goods are always ready to pick and prepared in the Picking Area.
• Ensures that Internal Transportation can work smoothly and efficiently.
• Controls the picked pallets are placed in front of the right gates.
• Ensures and execute all allocations as fast as possible.
• Checks the updated Picking Lists and the assignments of location for each SKU
