This position provides specialist physiotherapy services across both inpatient and outpatient palliative care settings, supporting patients with life-limiting illnesses to achieve the highest possible level of comfort, function, independence and quality of life. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver advanced assessment, treatment and symptom management interventions while contributing to service development, clinical leadership and the ongoing enhancement of palliative care services.
