The Community Accessible Rehabilitation (CAR) program might be the place for you. CAR is an ambulatory rehabilitation program that supports clients who have transitioned out of acute/tertiary care and who have functional-based rehabilitation goals that can be addressed in a time-limited community-based program. The CAR Physiotherapist (PT) will support direct patient care in the areas of complex and chronic neurological rehabilitation ( stroke, acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury, Parkinson’s). Approximately 80% of the role will be assigned to clinical care of clients.We are looking for a PT with clinical experience in the assessment and treatment of clients with complex neurological conditions who demonstrates leadership in the area of evidence-based practice.
