Physiotherapist

Lifemark Seniors Wellness has an exciting opportunity for a Physiotherapist to join our growing team!

Location: Dundas, ON

Schedule: 14 hours/ week (8am - 3pm)

In this role you will:

• Perform clinical assessments and implement treatment plans for clients
• Provide ongoing evaluation of client progress
• Administer and collect outcome measurement information
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Communicate to appropriate referral sources and stakeholders
• Engage in continuous learning and skills development
• Have fun, and contribute to a positive patient experience

Qualifications

• Registered with the Provincial College of Physiotherapists
• A graduate of a recognized university Physiotherapy degree program
• ADP authorization is required
• A valid Vulnerable Sector screening check (within 6 months)
