Schedule/Availability Requirements:
- Stat date: April 2025 ongoing for 9-12 months
- Schedule: 24hr call 7a-7a
- How many days needed/month? 8-12 days per month
- Facility Location: Mercy Medical Center Redding
- Setting: Acute Care, Level 2 Trauma Center (acts as a Level 1)
Duties:
- ED call, rounds, and consultations
Required Procedures:
- EMR: Cerner Care B
- Support Staff: Hospital has hospital-based APPs that support the ortho-spine service line. Hospital has a separate call panel for neurosurgery.
Reason for Coverage:
- One of two orthopedic trauma specialists in the community is relocating.
