PHP / WordPress Designer–Developer - WFH

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented PHP / WordPress Designer–Developer to support ongoing website updates and improvements across our internal properties and a small portfolio of client websites.

This is not a one-off project role. We're looking for someone who can act as a long-term extension of our team—owning website changes, proactively improving UX/UI, and ensuring sites remain fast, secure, and well-maintained.

You'll work closely with ODI's leadership, project managers, and occasionally clients to implement design tweaks, content updates, plugin enhancements, and light custom development.

Key Responsibilities

WordPress Development & Maintenance

• Build, update, and maintain WordPress websites using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Customize themes and plugins to meet design and functional requirements
• Implement ongoing website updates (content changes, layout adjustments, new pages, forms, ...
