Photonics Control & Test Engineer

Your role and responsibilities

As a Photonics Control & Test Engineer, you will be responsible for developing the brain behind our measurement systems. Your primary focus will be following the entire designing cycle of active optical components, with particular emphasis on high-order integrated optical filters, starting from conceptualization, simulations and layout, and moving on to creating and conducting automated measurement routines to close the design cycle. You will explore different integrated filters designs for both in-waveguide suppression and for stray light mitigation. Furthermore, you will design efficient algorithms to tune, control, and optimize these devices in real-time, ensuring they meet stringent performance specifications.
