About the Role
We’re looking for a full‑time phone support & sales representative to take incoming calls and make outbound calls.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome new customers to our brand and upsell additional products.
- Take customer orders over the phone.
- Answer basic billing questions.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Reliability and trustworthiness
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Team player
- Willingness to learn golf

- Computer with at least 4GB RAM
