Description
Under the direction of laboratory leadership, the Phlebotomist obtains accurate and reliable blood and body fluid specimens from properly identified adult and/or pediatric patients. Identifies phlebotomy difficulties, defines appropriate solutions and coordinates resources.

Required qualifications:
- Completion of a phlebotomy program administered by an accredited postsecondary school or college or a phlebotomy training program. Or equivalent educ/experience
- Upon hire: Washington Medical Assistant Phlebotomist Certification
