Responsibilities

• Pass an enhanced safeguarding check before commencing work.
• Work day shifts (26 hrs per week) with a requirement for weekend working.
• Provide friendly, warm service to customers and help them find the right products.
• Resolve customer problems quickly and efficiently.
• Accurately assemble and process prescriptions.
• Drive awareness and promotion of pharmacy services such as prescription collection, medicines use reviews, blood pressure checks and stop smoking schemes.
• Support the pharmacist with effective record‑keeping of patient services.
• Follow strict Standard Operating Procedures consistently.
• Collect prescriptions from the customer’s doctor.
