Pharmacy Assistant

TMC Pharmacy is looking for a full‑time Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Windsor, Ontario .

Patient Focused Care Responsibilities

• Support pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in providing high‑quality patient care
• Greet customers and answer phone calls in a professional manner
• Assist with entering, labelling, and packaging prescriptions under the supervision of a pharmacist or pharmacy technician
• Accurately count, measure, and package medications according to established protocols
• Receive and stock medication and supply shipments, monitor inventory levels, rotate stock, and support inventory audits
• Keep the pharmacy area clean and organized; safely dispose of expired medications and hazardous waste in accordance with regulations
• Perform clerical tasks such as filing, faxing, scanning, and assist with insurance claims and prescription transfers
