Responsibilities
The Pharmacy Assistant supports pharmacists in dispensing medications and managing inventory. Key duties include assisting customers, preparing prescriptions, organizing medications, maintaining patient records, and ensuring the pharmacy is clean and stocked. The Pharmacy Assistant helps ensure a smooth and efficient operation while adhering to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Pharmacy Technician certification preferred)
Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is a plus
Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and medications
