Duties and Responsibilities

1. Pharmacy Operations

• Open and close the pharmacy according to established Pharmacy Assistant Work Routines.

Dispensing Procedure*

• Ensure strict adherence to drug dispensing procedures for both prescription (Rx) and non-prescription (non-Rx) products, with Rx products being dispensed under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.

Sales*

• Engage in suggestive selling or upselling for cosmetics and other products, including drug products when applicable.

• Foster positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business and enhance customer loyalty.

• Ensure that cash sales are deposited in the bank in a timely manner.

• Update the BIR manual template on a daily basis.

• Record discounts and product returns made by customers.
