Pharmacovigilance Team Leader

About the role

As a Pharmacovigilance Team Leader , you will make an impact by leading and managing a team responsible for ensuring compliance with global pharmacovigilance standards and processes. You will be a valued member of the Life Sciences Practice and work collaboratively with operations managers, delivery managers, and client stakeholders to maintain high-quality safety data and reporting.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and supervise a team of pharmacovigilance professionals to ensure timely and accurate case processing.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and client-specific guidelines.
• Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex safety-related issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within PV operations.
